The many adventures of me

Since blogging has been the way of the people for quite some time now, I felt it was necessary to create one myself.

Seeing how I'm new to this whole shabang I'll start my first blog with an illustrious account of my brother Seans wedding to his ever beautiful beau Ruth. It all began on the 1st of January, the start of the new year when my Big Bro proposed to Ruth via writing on the cold, icy surface of my grandmothers bay in Belleville Ontario. What a classy guy! I only hope that when I'm at the point of proposing that I can think of something as clever as that. Pure Genius! Anyhoo, time passed by and we arrived in Magnetewan, Ontario where the wedding would take place.

To be perfectly honest, those 2 days we spent in Magnetewan were some of the longest and hardest of my life. I mean my big bro was getting married! I was still having trouble grasping this concept amidst all the hype that surrounded the big day, but in the end, when we donned our dapper duds and the girls were guised in gorgeous gowns, and I saw how happy the couple were my anxiety turned to joy and the day couldn't have been any more perfect.

Then came the reception, oh the dancing, the scrumptoolescent food and the speeches. In the words of a famous somebody, "I came, I saw, I conquered" and I delivered a momentous speech worthy of recognition in the Jedi Archives. The reception not only allowed me to speak my heart but dance like there was ants crawling up my pants....actually that was my brother Matt....anyways, my $15 dance lessons were finally put to use and I danced the night away.

Sadly enough the bodacious event had to come to a close and after the teary goodbyes and the hugs and smooches we set on our way back to the good old sea shores of New Scotland.

Cheerio
